Apna is looking for an EUC/IT Support Engineer L2 to provide comprehensive support for our end-user computing environments. Your work will ensure smooth day-to-day IT operations by supporting devices, resolving technical issues, and enhancing the user experience across macOS, Windows, and mobile platforms.
What You'll Do
- Support Apna's IT Operations and address user tickets regarding hardware, software, and networking.
- Conduct remote troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Install and support end-user devices, including authorised software, patches, and upgrades.
- Build packages and administrate Mac, Windows OS, and IOS/Android devices through MDM.
- Create technical documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Participate in the implementation and support of IT-related policies.
- Manage assets, maintain inventory details, regularly update asset transactions, and share MIS reports.
What We're Looking For
- 3-4 years of relevant experience in IT support or similar roles such as Technical Support Engineer, Desktop Support Engineer, or IT Help Desk Technician.
- Hands-on experience with Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Good knowledge of productivity tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, Slack, and Jira.
- Experience with MDM platforms such as Jamf, Intune, Kandji, or WS-1.
- Good understanding of network fundamentals including DHCP, DNS, office Wi-Fi, and VPN troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with IT ticketing systems and asset management tools.
- Proficient in diagnosing and resolving hardware, software, and network connectivity issues.
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills, with the ability to perform remote troubleshooting.
- Experience in AV/VC setup and support (e.g., Zoom, Google Meet, Polycom).
- Good communication skills with a positive and professional attitude.

Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: 4 to 6 Lakhs per annum.
