Responsibilities
- Act as a technical authority on the platform, addressing complex data and architectural challenges for clients and internal teams.
- Oversee a varied set of concurrent projects across business sizes, managing timelines, workflows, and deliverables to ensure success.
- Serve as the main technical liaison for clients, fostering lasting and trust-based relationships.
- Lead full-cycle project execution, including requirement definition, resource allocation, and coordination with partners and stakeholders.
- Drive customer success by managing and aligning consulting and delivery partners.
- Develop and formalize recommended approaches, design patterns, and implementation standards.
- Collaborate with Product, Design, and Engineering to share field insights and influence product evolution.
- Design and deliver positive, user-centered experiences throughout the customer journey.
- Establish advisory partnerships that empower data teams to achieve greater effectiveness.
