The Product Specialist plays a key role in delivering tailored seating solutions to clients throughout Ireland, with a focus on home visits, care facilities, and hospitals. Using specialized assessment equipment, including bariatric models and adjustable beds, you’ll evaluate individual needs and recommend appropriate products to enhance comfort and mobility.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-person seating evaluations and product trials using company-provided demonstration tools
- Deliver training sessions and product demonstrations to healthcare prescribers and clinical teams as directed
- Coordinate scheduling and logistics to ensure all necessary components are available for planned appointments
- Support delivery operations when needed, including assisting with equipment transport and setup
- Maintain accurate records and complete all required documentation promptly
- Build and sustain strong relationships with existing clients, with a focus on key stakeholders
- Contribute to the expansion of services into new geographic areas and product lines
- Participate in product development discussions and share field insights to inform innovation
- Attend regular video calls with central teams and in-person meetings at head office approximately twice per year
- Ensure demonstration assets are clean, functional, and professionally presented at all times
- Follow all regulatory and quality assurance protocols relevant to the role
- Uphold high standards of personal presentation and professionalism during all client interactions
