Requirements
- Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in Salesforce projects, including at least 4 years focused on Sales Cloud, Apex, Lightning, LWC, and integration technologies.
- Proficient in leveraging Force.com features to configure and tailor Salesforce applications according to business requirements.
- Hands-on experience in integration initiatives using REST APIs, with foundational knowledge of SOAP protocols.
- Strong development background in Salesforce, including implementation of Apex classes, triggers, and asynchronous Apex processes.
- Proven ability to customize Salesforce using Visualforce pages, custom objects, workflows, process builder, tabs, roles, profiles, sharing rules, validation rules, and page layouts.
- Skilled in advanced data retrieval using complex SOQL and SOSL queries.
- Demonstrated experience managing project timelines and delivering within structured development environments.
- Highly organized with a strong focus on meeting defined project deadlines and milestones.
- Capable of creating detailed technical designs for individual components within a module based on functional specifications.
- Experience working in Agile teams with familiarity in Scrum methodologies.
- Experience using Azure DevOps for metadata deployment and version control.
- Hands-on experience with Apex Data Loader for data migration tasks.
- Solid understanding of core CRM functionalities and processes.
- Mandatory certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I, Platform Developer II, and Sales Cloud Consultant.
Nice to Have
- Additional certifications such as Integration Architect or JavaScript Developer I are advantageous.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities.
