Once Upon A Farm is looking for a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to shape our data strategy and empower decision-making across the organization. You will be responsible for transforming complex data into clear, actionable insights that drive our mission forward.
What You'll Do
- Design and build robust reporting frameworks and dashboards for key business metrics.
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for business improvement.
- Translate data findings into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across departments.
- Lead the development and maintenance of our single source of truth for critical business data.
- Partner with teams to define KPIs and establish data-driven performance tracking.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of professional experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Expert proficiency with SQL for data extraction, transformation, and analysis.
- Proven experience building interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong statistical and analytical skills with the ability to solve complex business problems.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
