Shape strategic people decisions through data by leading end-to-end analytics projects that transform raw information into clear, actionable guidance for senior leaders. In this role, you'll translate ambiguous business questions into structured analyses, using statistical methods, data modeling, and visualization to uncover patterns and opportunities within workforce data.
What You’ll Do
- Conduct deep-dive analyses using SQL, Python, R, or SAS to explore both structured and unstructured data sources
- Design and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that track key people metrics and organizational health
- Validate data quality, trace lineage, and ensure accuracy across systems and reports
- Present findings to executives with clarity and precision, shaping decisions around talent, performance, and strategy
- Collaborate with stakeholders across functions to align on goals, requirements, and insights
- Guide research design from hypothesis to iteration, ensuring relevance and impact
- Explore external benchmarks and industry trends to contextualize internal data
- Mentor team members in analytical techniques, data standards, and best practices
What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a quantitative field such as statistics, engineering, computer science, or information systems
- At least four years of hands-on experience solving business problems with data analysis, experimentation, and statistical modeling
- Proven ability to lead full-cycle analytics projects that result in measurable business improvements
- Strong command of BI tools, data visualization techniques, and statistical software (SAS, R, or Python)
- Advanced SQL skills with experience building datasets to inform strategy
- Familiarity with data warehouses, ETL processes, and logical data models
- Experience mining data, testing assumptions, and documenting analytical standards
- Background in establishing efficient processes and sharing knowledge across teams
Preferred Background
- Deep understanding of human resources data and people metrics
- Exposure to machine learning, big data concepts, or data science methodologies
- Working knowledge across multiple business domains and their data ecosystems
Compensation & Benefits
Salary ranges from $81,000 to $181,500 annually, with potential for bonus and incentives. Comprehensive health, dental, and vision coverage is available for employees and their families.
