GoDaddy is seeking a Senior Machine Learning Scientist to build machine learning models and Generative AI solutions that create intelligent software for our customers. You will collaborate with highly skilled engineers to solve complex business problems in customer experience and personalization, along with technical challenges in model evaluation and simulation.
What You'll Do
- Develop and implement advanced machine learning algorithms.
- Build Intelligent Software using Large Language Models (AI Agents).
- Design and refine ML models to enhance their performance, scalability, and robustness.
- Assess, design and curate comprehensive evaluations for open-ended GenerativeAI problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML solutions within broader product and platform initiatives.
- Drive the exploration and adoption of cutting-edge ML technologies.
What We're Looking For
- 6+ years of overall experience in machine learning related roles.
- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms, tools, and techniques, such as supervised and unsupervised learning, deep learning, computer vision, and natural language processing.
- Familiarity with AI assisted coding tools like Cursor, Claude Code or VS Code.
- Proficient in Python programming language with familiarity with software engineering best practices, such as version control, code review, and CI/CD.
- Proficiency with prompt engineering and large language models (LLM) and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
Nice to Have
- Experience building conversational systems.
- Experience in designing comprehensive evaluations and verification methods.
- Proficiency in Typescript is a plus.
