Grifols is looking for a Senior Pricing Analyst to support our plasma procurement pricing functions. In this role, you will set fees for plasma donation centers, support promotional efforts, and analyze market dynamics to ensure competitive and compliant pricing strategies.
What You'll Do
- Support the design and implementation of advanced pricing strategies for plasma procurement.
- Perform advanced analysis of pricing trends, market data, and competitive intelligence.
- Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to senior leadership on pricing strategies.
- Collaborate with global and regional teams to ensure alignment in pricing frameworks.
- Monitor and interpret pricing performance metrics and compliance.
- Lead complex analytical projects impacting pricing, procurement, and promotional efforts.
- Support ad hoc pricing projects and initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business, Finance, Engineering, Math, or a related field.
- A minimum of 8 years of professional experience.
- At least 3+ years in pricing, financial analysis, or business analytics.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, and data visualization tools.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent in English.
Nice to Have
- Master’s degree.
- Experience in the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
- Knowledge of SQL, Python, and other programming languages.
- Additional languages.
