About the Role
The Senior Pricing & Growth Analyst will lead data-informed initiatives to refine pricing structures and expand revenue opportunities. This role requires a strategic thinker who can turn complex datasets into actionable plans that support sustainable growth.
Responsibilities
- Analyze user behavior and pricing data to identify growth opportunities
- Develop and test pricing models to maximize revenue and customer value
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to implement pricing changes
- Evaluate market trends and competitive pricing landscapes
- Design and interpret A/B tests to guide pricing decisions
- Create dashboards and reports to track key pricing and growth metrics
- Partner with finance to forecast revenue impacts of pricing changes
- Use statistical methods to assess elasticity and customer segmentation
- Support go-to-market strategies for new pricing tiers or features
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership
- Monitor adoption rates and churn in response to pricing adjustments
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in pricing analyses
- Identify friction points in the customer journey affecting conversion
- Work closely with customer success to understand user feedback
- Contribute to long-term monetization strategy
- Maintain documentation of pricing experiments and outcomes
- Leverage large datasets to uncover patterns in user behavior
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights
- Align pricing initiatives with overall business goals
- Assist in scaling self-serve onboarding and upgrade paths
