As an FP&A Analyst, you'll play a central role in shaping financial insights for a fast-evolving SaaS e-commerce platform. Reporting directly to the Head of Finance, you will analyze recurring revenue streams across markets, customer segments, and sales channels, delivering clarity on performance trends and growth drivers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth analysis of annual recurring revenue (ARR), tracking movements driven by churn, upsell, downsell, and expansion across customer groups
- Explain fluctuations in top-line revenue during monthly close cycles
- Partner with the Chief Revenue Officer, Sales, and Customer Success teams to align financial planning with commercial activity
- Manage the end-to-end cost planning and tracking process for Sales and Marketing
- Calculate and validate sales commission accruals and payout calculations
- Lead variance analysis between forecast and actual results to highlight emerging risks and opportunities
- Support the annual budget and quarterly forecasting cycles with accurate, timely inputs
- Prepare performance reports and board-level materials for investor stakeholders
- Collaborate on M&A due diligence and assist in integrating financial models for potential acquisitions
- Help define and implement standardized KPIs aligned with private equity ownership expectations
