Responsibilities
- Determine optimal allocation of loan, grant, and tax credit funding to support affordable multi-family rental housing while minimizing financial and legal exposure related to public funds.
- Collaborate with project sponsors and development teams as a funding partner to ensure successful planning, construction, and long-term operation of affordable housing initiatives.
- Support the development and sustainability of affordable housing by managing the distribution and oversight of funds from state and federal programs.

Compensation
The listed salary is the base range for non-PERS qualifying positions; PERS-eligible candidates will receive an additional 6.95% adjustment.
