Join a remote-first team as a Financial Analyst, where you’ll provide actionable financial analysis to help shape the direction of growing businesses. You’ll work independently to build and maintain financial models, interpret complex data, and support decision-making through clear, insightful reporting.
What You’ll Do
- Analyze financial performance across multiple organizations, identifying trends and key drivers
- Develop and update budgets, forecasts, and financial models to guide strategic planning
- Collaborate with leadership teams to align financial strategies with business goals
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, ensuring accuracy and clarity
- Support CFOs with pre-call analysis and real-time financial guidance
- Respond to ad-hoc requests, delivering timely and precise financial insights
What We’re Looking For
- At least 3 years in a finance or analytical role
- Strong Excel skills with experience handling large datasets and formulas
- Familiarity with financial modeling, forecasting, and accounting principles
- Basic understanding of data structures and databases
- Clear, effective communication skills
- Self-driven mindset with the ability to work independently
Preferred Background
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
- Experience with QuickBooks Online
