OneClick-UI is looking for a Sales Operations Data Management Analyst to maintain and optimize the data foundation that powers our sales organization. In this role, you will ensure data accuracy, streamline processes, and enable data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Govern and maintain the integrity of sales data within CRM and related systems.
- Develop and execute data cleansing and standardization procedures.
- Create and manage reports, dashboards, and data visualizations for the sales team.
- Identify and implement process improvements for data collection and management.
- Support sales leadership with ad-hoc data analysis and insights.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a sales operations, data analyst, or data management role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce) and data visualization tools.
