About the Role

Shape the future of mobile advertising as a Senior Product Manager in a fast-moving, globally distributed team. Reporting directly to the Co-founder and Chief Product Officer, you’ll play a central role in defining product strategy and delivering solutions that solve real customer challenges in the programmatic ad space.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle by setting clear vision and prioritizing roadmap initiatives that deliver measurable business and customer value.
  • Partner closely with engineering, design, data, and customer success teams to turn insights into actionable, well-scoped features.
  • Define key performance indicators, run experiments, and use data to validate assumptions and guide product evolution.
  • Dive deep into technical and market challenges, balancing tradeoffs and making informed decisions to keep execution on track.

What We’re Looking For

You bring proven experience in product management within mobile or ad-tech environments, with a track record of shipping impactful products. You thrive on solving complex problems with clarity and precision, and you’re comfortable making decisions in fast-paced, ambiguous settings.

  • Minimum of 3 years in product management, preferably in programmatic advertising or mobile technology.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into product direction.
  • Self-driven attitude—no waiting for permission, just focused on getting results.
