About the Role
This position provides analytical and technical support for research projects by managing datasets, generating reports, and assisting with data interpretation to inform program decisions.
Responsibilities
- Collect and validate data from multiple internal and external sources.
- Maintain and update databases used for program monitoring and evaluation.
- Generate routine and ad hoc reports for stakeholders and oversight bodies.
- Assist in the design and implementation of data collection tools.
- Troubleshoot data discrepancies and resolve entry errors.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
- Support research projects with preparation of datasets for analysis.
- Document data processes and methodologies for transparency and reproducibility.
- Respond to information requests from program staff and external partners.
- Use statistical software to clean and prepare data files.
- Participate in testing new data systems and reporting platforms.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security standards.
- Provide technical guidance to non-technical staff on data use.
- Assist in the development of dashboards and visualization tools.
- Support audit readiness through accurate recordkeeping.
